MAIN FLOOR

Marble stairs from the exterior door welcome you to the main entrance of the house. From the entrance hall, there is immediate access to the guest bathroom and kitchen. Two sliding doors open onto the large light-flooded double-height ceiling living room (6 metres) and dining room. Also on the ground floor, adjacent to the open plan living-dining room space, you will find a multi-purpose room (today used as a TV room) which could be converted into a bedroom, library or study, billiard table room...). An additional extra room, currently used as an office, could, for example, be converted into an extra bedroom if desired. From the main living area, we see the lovely garden and the heated pool area which includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, bathrooms and shower, along with the chill-out and relax area.

FIRST FLOOR

Ascending to the first floor, you will find two en-suite bedrooms of 40 square metres. This first floor currently shares the open plan double height living and dining space, however, it is technically ready to be reformed to create a mezzanine. This would offer additional floor space, for example for additional bedrooms. The total added area could be extended to + 110 sqm.

In the basement of the Palace, the service and luxury entertainment area is located.
